How to Reach Us

Dear guests if you will need any personalized information on how to reach us, our reception will be happy to assist you every day from 7.00am to 11.00pm. In case you will need to arrive after 11.00pm, please let us know in advance so that we can organize your arrival and provide all the information you will need.

Car

Dear Guests,
Please be advised that if you plan to reach us by car, the historic centre of Florence is entirely included in the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), which is reserved exclusively for residents.
Therefore, access and on-street parking near the Hotel are not permitted.
To ensure your maximum convenience and peace of mind, we offer an exclusive Car Valet Service.

• Our Valet service will collect your car directly in front of the Hotel.
• Your vehicle will be securely stored in a partnered, safe Garage nearby.
• Upon request, your car will be returned to the Hotel in less than 15 minutes.
Please note that the daily rate for the partnered Garage service is € 30,00 per day.

To allow us to organize the service with our usual efficiency, we kindly ask that you notify us of your need for the Car Valet at least 15 minutes in advance.

⚠️ Important GPS Warning
Attention: Should your GPS navigator indicate the final route as: Via Sant'Egidio – Via Buffalini – Via de' Pucci, please pay extreme attention NOT to turn immediately onto Via Ricasoli. Instead, please continue along Via de' Pucci until the very end and turn right at the traffic light onto Via Cavour.

Plane

The hotel is 7 kms away from the Amerigo Vespucci's Airport in Florence. You can take either a taxi straight to the Hotel that will cost you approximately 30 euros, or take the new Train T2 from the Terminal Vespucci to the last Terminal Unità that will cost you 1.5 euro per person. From there in 5 minutes walk you will reach the Hotel.
To reach the Hotel from the Galileo Galilei Airport of Pisa, you can either take the bus or the train that both take you in 1 hour and 15 minutes to the Santa Maria Novella railway station, and from there you can take a taxi or reach the Hotel on foot (see Train directions).

Train

Arte' Boutique Hotel is 700 meters from the main railway station of Florence Santa Maria Novella, from which in less than 10 minutes walk you can reach the Hotel.
Walk straight towards the Duomo along Via Panzani which becomes Via dei Cerretani until you reach Piazza San Giovanni (Duomo). From the Duomo, turn left into Via de' Martelli, cross Via dei Pucci and reach Via Cavour.
Arte' Boutique Hotel is located at number 14 on the right hand side of the street. Alternatively, you can take a taxi outside the main entrance of the station at a cost of approximately 15 euros.
